If you’re like me and in your 20’s or pushing 30, most likely you would have taken an increased interest in your skin. Maintaining a youthful glow can be even more tricky in those cold winter months when skin can be at it dryest!
My main focus lately has been on enhancing the vibrancy of my skin by honing in on brightening and exfoliation. This results in allowing new skin cells to be brought to the surface for an overall healthy and youthful effect. One of my favourite at home treatment masks that cures any dry, dull winter skin maladies consists of just three ingredients. It is super easy to make and here’s how:
Place in a bowl;
1 tbsp raw organic honey
1/2 lemon
1 tsp brown sugar
Mix the ingredients together and apply to your face avoiding the eye area. Now sit back, relax and after 15- 30 mins, rinse well and apply your favourite daily moisturiser. So simple and it never fails me when I just want that little extra radiance boost!
If however, you are in search of a good store bought face mask that also doesn’t require doing the dishes after, then look no further than the NIP+FAB Instant Glycolic Face Mask. It removes dead cells to help renew the complexion; making skin look brighter. The glycolic acid also aids in the treatment of acne, the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles- and who doesn’t want that!?
I personally love the mild scent of this mask and after leaving it on for just 5 mins i like to jump into the shower, rinse it off; and there’s my night time facial, done.
I’m also really loving the L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Brightening mask for warding off dull skin this winter! Especially with the unique combination of 3 pure clays and Yuzu lemon!
With a combination of these treatments alternated on a weekly basis I am enjoying my skin even through the harsh winter months.
This flat lay is beautiful! ๐๐
